DIO Glacial Giveaway Terms and Conditions

By participating in the DIO Glacial Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

  • Participants must be 21 years or older and legal residents of the United States.

  • Employees of DIO, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

  • To be eligible to win, participants must be following DIO on Instagram (@drinkdio) at the time of the drawing.

2. How to Enter

  • Follow DIO on Instagram at @drinkdio.

  • Complete the entry form by scanning the provided QR code.

  • Entries must be submitted by January 31st, 2025.

  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Prize Details

  • One (1) winner will receive:

    • A $300 DIO Gift Card, redeemable only for purchases made through drinkdio.com. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or used for any other purpose.

    • A Yeti Cooler with an approximate retail value of $250 (specific model, color, and design subject to availability).

4. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

  • The drawing will take place on February 7th, 2025, and the winner will be contacted via email.

  • The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be chosen.

  • Participants must be following @drinkdio on Instagram at the time of the drawing to remain eligible. If a selected winner is not following, another winner will be chosen randomly.

5. Disclaimer

  • This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, YETI or Instagram.

  • By entering this Giveaway, each participant releases Instagram from any liability associated with the Giveaway.

  • DIO is solely responsible for this promotion, and all questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to DIO, not YETI or Instagram.

  • Prize details, including cooler model, color, and design, are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar product at the discretion of DIO.

  • DIO is not responsible for the winner’s misuse of the prizes or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

6. Use of Personal Information

By entering this Giveaway, participants consent to DIO’s use of their name, email address, zip code, and Instagram handle for all future marketing, promotional, and communication efforts. This information will not be shared with third parties outside of DIO without prior consent, except as required to administer this Giveaway.
