DIO Giveaway Terms and Conditions
By participating in DIO's Godly Giveaway (“Giveaway”), you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
- Participants must be 21 years or older and legal residents of the United States.
- Employees of DIO, its affiliates, and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
- To be eligible to win, participants must be following DIO on Instagram (@drinkdio) at the time of the drawing.

2. How to Enter
-Complete the form by providing the requested information.
-Entries must be submitted by March 31st, 2025.
-No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

3. Prize Details
-Twenty-Five (25) winners will receive:
Custom DIO merch and gift packaging.

4. Winner Selection and Notification
-The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.
-The drawing will take place on March 31st, 2025, and the winner will be contacted via email.
-The winner must respond within 48 hours of being notified. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize, and another winner will be chosen.

5. Disclaimer
-This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram.
-By entering this Giveaway, each participant releases Instagram from any liability associated with the Giveaway.
-DIO is solely responsible for this promotion, and all questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Giveaway should be directed to DIO, not Facebook or Instagram.
-Prize details are subject to availability and may be substituted with a similar product at the discretion of DIO.
-DIO is not responsible for the winner’s misuse of the prizes or failure to comply with these terms and conditions.

6. Use of Personal Information
-By entering this Giveaway, participants consent to DIO’s use of their name, email, phone number, zip code, and for all future marketing, promotional, and communication efforts. This information will not be shared with third parties outside of DIO without prior consent, except as required to administer this Giveaway.

7. Additional Terms
-By participating, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
DIO reserves the right to modify or cancel the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.
-Any attempt to tamper with the Giveaway process or violate these rules will result in disqualification.
